local gangs

There seems to be an alarming increase in gangs in the overpool area. They are now pulling all the copping stones off the railway bridge at overpool train station has anyone wittnessed them doing this or live in that area. People who live in this town shouldnt have to put up with this. What are the police doing about this? Not much really. they havee let it get too far to be able to cope with it now.
