do not come to this rat hole you will be disgusted in what the food is like i ordered half a roast chicken with chips the chicken was black and pink inside and the chips where stone cold and rock hard !

A party of 8 of us went for a special occasion meal on Saturday 29th September. This was quite honestly the worst ever food and service I have ever experienced. The staff were unhelpful and very inexperienced in customer services. We ordered after waiting over 15 minutes at the table, the starters arrived incomplete an hour later even before our drinks had arrived. The main course took equally as long and all meals were either cold or over cooked and then had to wait a further 5 minutes for any cutlery. Again the 2nd round of drinks took 20 minutes. The fire alarm went off and a no such time did any member of staff also the manager try to reassure the customers, tell them whether it was an false alarm or even apologise after it had been turned off. We didn't bother to stay for dessert as we had been there over 3 hours all ready. The bill was deliverd to the table with vast quanitities of alcohol and meals on our bill we didn't even order. I would strongly advise that no one goes to this restaurant as a chimps tea party would be better organised. They should be ashamed to be in business. We complained a number of times about a number of things. We didn't even get an apology. They just didn't care.
